Trambeat formed late in 2012 heavily influenced by the floorshaking sound of Northern Soul, Motown and 60s Jamaica. The result is a unique blend of old and new and a twist of the unexpected. Starting as a studio project, Trambeat quickly expanded into a formidable live band including female vocal and horn section.
Trambeat's debut EP "Walk a Mile" was released October 2013.
Trambeat's second EP "City on Fire" was released October 2014.
Trambeat's second album "Through The Narrows" was released on April 24th 2020 on the TSS Recordings Label.
Trambeat's single "On A Rainy Night In Croydon" was released on August 29th 2021 on the TSS Recordings Label.
March 23 2022: We're delighted to announce that we're playing The Ealing Blues Festival on Sunday 24th July 2022.

August 29 2021: Trambeat have just released their new single "On a Rainy Night In Croydon". This single is a tribute to Trambeat saxophone player and founding member Robin Ogleby who sadly died in January 2021. All proceeds will be donated to MIND, the mental health charity in Robin's name.
